Brooklyn Blvd offers refunds, gift cards, store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery date for items with tags attached & in original, unworn condition.
Sale items & accessories (including hats) are final sale.
To start a return, please visit our self serve returns portal, located on our website footer. Just package up your items with the return label we provide and drop it off at a participating location- it's that easy.
If you need to return your item for a refund, you will be charged 7.95 for the return label. If you choose to exchange your item, you will be issued a free return label.
ROUTE:
For a small fee, you can purchase Route Package Protection at checkout to guarantee the safety of your package. Route will replace or refund you for any missing/stolen item that fits within their guidelines. If you choose not to purchase Route insurance, Brooklyn Blvd is not liable for any missing, stolen or damaged packages.
Route Package Protection is non-refundable.
SHIPPING:
Brooklyn Blvd currently processes and ships out orders Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will be processed right away the following Monday.
