RETURN POLICY + SHIPPING INFO
We want you to love your Brooklyn Boulevard purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges within 7 days of an in store purchase or within 7 days of the delivery date for online orders.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and have all original tags attached.

RETURNS
Eligible purchases may be returned in store or online within the 7-day return window.
Online returns must be initiated through our self-service returns portal. We are unable to initiate or process online return requests via email.
For returns made for a refund, a $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return label. If you choose to exchange an eligible item, your return shipping label is complimentary.
FINAL SALE
The following purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange:

- All shoes
- Any merchandise purchased with a discount of 20% or greater including promotional events and Black Friday sales.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items cannot be canceled prior to their estimated ship date. The estimated ship date or shipping window is provided on the product listing at the time of purchase.
