All online returns must be initiated through this portal - We cannot process return requests through email.

If you need to return your item for a refund, you will be charged $7.95 for the return label. If you choose to exchange your item, you will be issued a free return label.

Brooklyn Boulevard currently processes and packages all orders every day. Your order will ship within two business days and shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days.
